Most agencies show you a portfolio. We show you the forensics. Every system below was
valued from its real git history, a line count of its actual source, and our own defect tracker —
not a sales deck. Click any project to see the evidence behind the number.

How we costed it
Effort is bracketed by two citable models: a productivity model (~25 finished, tested
lines of code per developer-day) as the low bound, and COCOMO II post-architecture
(PM = 2.94 · KLOC^1.10) as the high bound. The traditional team & schedule come from
COCOMO’s schedule equation (TDEV = 3.67 · PM^0.28) — so “team replaced” is a normal-paced
team, and our real git span becomes the speed advantage. Cost uses a fully-loaded $135K/yr blended
developer rate. We deliberately show a range so a skeptical reviewer can’t catch a stretch.
