Summary

Toronto's premier talent-agency platform — plus the @6ix.element social account.

Architecture

A ~200-table PHP/MySQL talent-agency platform (6ixelement.club) with three portals on one backend: a public lead + e-book funnel, a client portal for posting jobs, and a gamified model dashboard. A 12-criterion weighted matching engine scores every model against every open role and explains why; an AI scorer (Kate) ranks fitting models for each client job and a human agent (Emily) approves them. One-click apply enforces per-role rules parsed from each gig's free-text instructions by GPT-4 into structured JSON — required media, availability, and asset gates — with an anti-hallucination guard that strips phantom requirements. Square auto-invoicing, interview scheduling, a 100-point profile-completion gamification layer, and a built-in referral program round it out.

Features

12-criterion matching engine — a weighted ~120-point score (gender, age, ethnicity, height, location, measurements, hair, eyes, skills, union, vehicle, experience) with explainable reasons, warnings, and five eligibility tiers

One-click apply with per-role rule enforcement — each gig's free-text instructions are parsed by GPT-4 into structured rules (required media, attachments, availability) and cached; the apply modal tells the model exactly what to submit

Required-asset gates — headshot always required; resume, reel, or slate become hard blocks only when the role demands them, and only approved gallery assets count; an anti-hallucination guard strips requirements GPT invented

AI client portal — clients post jobs and an AI scorer (Kate) ranks fitting models 0–99 with reasons; a human agent (Emily) approves through an uncontacted → accepted status ladder

100-point profile gamification — a 13-item completion system plus badges, streaks, time-based and milestone achievements, a leaderboard, and monthly challenges — completeness directly raises a model's match score

Referral program — a unique code and shareable link reward $20 per accepted referral, with a four-tier ambassador ladder and an admin gift-card owed/issued dashboard

E-book funnel — the 'Toronto Modeling Guide' with per-chapter tracked reading feeding the signup pipeline

Casting-source scraping — over 1,300 tracked external casting sources feeding the gig pipeline

Interview scheduling — 10–20 minute talent-director interviews with self-serve booking and no-show tracking

Role-level modeling — projects carry many roles, each with its own gender, age, ethnicity, height, license, and shooting-date requirements

Square auto-invoicing — client jobs invoice automatically, with per-role assignment tracked end to end
